LUEY Weekend Program Advertising
Why spend the money on a couple of thousand flyers or push cards to stuff in welcome packets? Put your message in the official LUEY Program! It’s less bulky. It’s a souvenir that is kept all year long – not only by participants, but copies of the program go to the Gulf Coast Archive Museum permanent collection. To sweeten the pot… You can also update your ad all year long to advertise other big events for your organization! But… best of all, it’s more cost effective than shelling out tons of moola to print and ship a box or two of flyers!! The Houston Council of Clubs invites you to send your message to every participant at LUEY by advertising in the official LUEY program. The LUEY program is the main source of information for all registrants. The LUEY program contains the LUEY schedule, venues’ map and all of the event information. With an average of 1,000 registered participants from more than 30 states and 5 countries, the LUEY program provides a simple and cost effective way to reach the intended audience with your message.

Ad placement requests will be fulfilled on earliest submission and availability. The LUEY 42 Program will be entirely full color!!
Back Cover = 5″ x 8″ – Full Color or Black & White – $200

No ads will be accepted for the LUEY 44 Program after February 18, 2017.

Ads can be emailed in a hi-res format to Program Committee co-chairs at the email links show at the top of this page. Ads may also be submitted in person on CD or flash drive, unless otherwise requested by the LUEY Program Committee.
Acceptable file formats EPS, JPEG, PDF, TIF, or uncompressed JPG, BMP, or GIF. If assistance is needed in creating your ad, please contact our program chairs and we can work with you in creating your program ad.
